With this Game Art progress comes a sudden inspiration for 2 additional cards.

Next plan is to start adding "Power" themed effect :-
- Bullet shooting effects
- Flamethrower effects
- Screen shaking when Wan Azuhri smashes on the ground
- Ground chipping off
- Bloodstains on damaged characters

Final plan :-
- With all those in place, it's finally time to start on the Digital Graphic Novel using ONLY this Game Art.

Color Cape for Mr.Wanderer Michael

There's an indecisive moments when it comes to selecting the cape color for Mr.Wanderer. I tried out various colors and finally eliminate them into these four

Personally I prefer Yellow and Red. Yellow sort of gives the nomad wandering in the desert feel. Red gives you the "do not mess with me" look. Yes I do intend to give this character great power under his cape.

Just to test what the public thinks and not just not my personal color preference, I posted this picture in the FB group just to see what others opinions are. I'm glad that majority chooses Yellow as the preferred color, as per what I have originally made up my mind for. Strangely though, no one seems to like the color Green.

Someone suggested the color Rainbow for his cape, as funny and weird as it may seem, I actually think it's a very good idea. I would have never thought of that (and glad that someone suggested it). I've considering making a special edition card with rainbow cape just for the fun of it. Nothing is much more fun than adding humor to a serious character.

There are some suggestions for Black color, yes I did test them out, did not turn out well because when look from afar, this character just turns out to be a black patch. Does not seem very appealing.

With that done, let's see how the final product will look with the Yellow Cape.

Card Review (Origins of Dream Eater Emer Fashan)

Dream Eater Emer Fashan, for this card, I chose to relate the "Sleep" theme for this card. "Green" colored theme as opposed to the "Red" colored themed Gatekeeper Ah Bii.

Dream Eater and Sleep Inducer are attacks from Pokemon Hypno and Drowzee.

This card has the ability to sleep opponent's card at will, at times even putting them to an inception. Dream Manifest skill allows Dream Eater Emer Fashan to heal any team mate of his choice. A very well balanced card, having the ability to attack, disable and heal, all spread out averagely overall.

I pretty much already have an idea of how I wanted this card to look like, in terms of pose, color and character details before I started.
Because of this, it only took one sketch before I moved on to the actual realization. Which I am very glad !
I did not make much changes to the sketch, the production stage was very smooth. very satisfied overall.

Card Review (Origins of Jack Daniyal the Ripper)

This post I will talk about the ideas that have been generated to become that of Jack Daniyal the Ripper.

First off, the name of the card.

The original user for this card is Daniyal Ansari. His name, "Jack Daniyal the Ripper", comes from 2 parts, one being Jack Daniel's the American Whisky brand, the other being the famous classic serial killer from the 18th century, Jack the Ripper. There are no particular reason as to why these names are chosen to fit into his name, if I were to explain it, I will say that, my Name Library just so happen to click with his original name Daniyal Ansari.

The sketch on the right is the original idea that I had before starting working on the card.

The Inspiration came from Metal Gear Social Ops's Naked Snake card on the bottom. I wanted to bring the perspective of the card into Jack Daniyal.

I wanted to give Jack Daniyal the Ripper the ability to rip things apart with claws. So I wanted to emphasize his claws in his art.

I could not achieve it with the current art.

Hence, I re-did the art, primarily focusing on him showing off his claws.

I sketched out another art, this time, placing his deadly claws in front of the art, whilst not throwing away the original perspective I wanted for this card.

And yes, I was very much satisfied with the outcome of the sketch on the right.

The whole idea of Jack Daniyal the Ripper is to give an allied fighter partner to Mastermind Hilmy.

I wanted this both to come from the same "academy", and give them both related background stories .

The idea was to give them slight hint of resemblances but still unique in their own way.

I wanted both of them to be regarded as speedy, cool-looking characters.
Both of them wears the same exact grey-colored coat.

Because Mastermind Hilmy gets a Special Character Game art, I wanted Jack Daniyal to get one as well. The sketch below is the sketch of Jack Daniyal's Special Character Game Art. Sadly I was not able to get it done in time for the scheduled release deadline I imposed on myself. So this part, unfortunately, had to be discarded.

I hope to be able to bring this sketch to life, because personally, I love it a lot. I'll keep this in view for future works.

And that concludes the story of how Jack Daniyal the Ripper was born to be.

Thank you.
